• Identify priorities and strategic directions together
• ⁠Explore concrete actions and responsibilities to strengthen the space workforce. 
   

What is Space for Talent?
Space for Talent is a strategic initiative focused on strengthening the space workforce in the Netherlands by addressing talent-related challenges and building a resilient, future-proof industry. As such, the initiative is central to the Lange-termijn Ruimtevaartagenda (LTR), and your participation will support two ambitious LTR goals:  

• Ensure sufficient qualified personnel to achieve the space missions in this agenda (LTR-mission 5, goal 3), building a skilled workforce to power our ambitions.
• Triple the sector’s revenue to €2.5 billion by 2035 (LTR-mission 5, goal 1), fuelling innovation and economic growth.
