• Space for Talent is a strategic initiative focused on strengthening the space workforce in the Netherlands by improving the alignment between labour market needs and talent development. Over the past months, we have conducted a labour market study to gain insight into current and future skills needs, challenges, and opportunities within the Dutch space ecosystem. The next step is to translate the findings of this study into concrete strategic directions and actions. For this purpose, we are organising a stakeholder workshop in which we will: 

  • Share key outcomes of the labour market study

  • Jointly explore priorities and strategic options

  • Discuss possible actions and implementation approaches for the Space for Talent strategy

     Participants include representatives from industry, education, government and research institutions, as well as members of the Space for Talent klankbordgroep and stuurgroep. We are looking forward to you joining us on this day and contribute to shaping the future direction of Space for Talent.
